Training options

1 on 1 Personal Training

If your a dude that lives in the greater Newburyport area and you're looking for the best option to get your butt back into shape this is it! 1 on 1 sessions with me in the Rad Dad Studio. The programs are 100% customized to your goals and I have all the tools needed to get the job done. Personal training is available 2 or 3 days per week and billed monthly with a minimum of a 3 month commitment.

10 Session Block

800 up front

10 sessions of 1 on 1 training paid upfront to use at your own pace.  This is the only package option and with this option you do not have a set schedule. 

2 time per week

645/month

The 2 times per week is a good option for those who are trying to maintain their current progress or for those who are looking to train an extra day on their own.  

All twice per week clients are scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday. 

Price breakdown: $75/session x 2 sessions per week x 4.3 weeks per month 

3 times per week

968/month

The 3 times per week program is a great way to get you jump started and on your roll again. You could lose anywhere from 12-20 pounds with in 3 months and get you on the path to size and strength.


Stick around for 6-12 months if you're seeking that total body transformation! This will drastically change the way you look and feel, and make it a permanent change!


Price breakdown: $75/session x 3 sessions per week x 4.3 weeks per month



Small Group Training

Small group training sessions are a super fun way to get fit and have your friends hold you accountable! Session are best with 2-3 clients but we have had up to 4 in there at a time! These sessions are $55 per session per person and billed monthly. Price break down: sessions per week x 4.3 weeks

Online Personal Training

Personalized fitness for those who have the drive but need the guidance! Great for those who have their own equipment or are currently attending a fitness center, but have no idea what they're doing! Programs include 3 workouts per week. Workouts are delivered via our mobile fitness app which allows you to receive workouts and track progress. All exercises in program have demonstration videos as well! You also have direct access to me always!

Online Nutrition coaching

Personalized nutrition coaching built to fit your needs. Our nutrition coaching is realistic in the approach. We're not trying to cut you off from all things delicious.
