You need to have access to weights. Most use an interchangeable style such as the Power Block Dumbbells or the Bowflex Select-tech 552 dumbbells.
*In phase 3 we utilize a pull up bar, most use a door frame style bar that hooks around the door frame. If you don't have one I have an alternate exercise, but then you don't get to perform pull ups!
You will need an internet connection and a device to be able to follow along with the workouts. A laptop, smart tv, or an Ipad work fine.
I deliver the live workouts via ZOOM.
