12 Week Rad Dad Fit challenge

About The Program

  • Online led progression based program
  • 12 week program, 4-3 week phases for a total of 36 workouts
  • Resistance training, plyometrics, core
  •  Mobile app with how to videos for every exercise and to log your progress
  • The app is both mobile and desktop capable and is free for you to download.
  • Weekly check ins via text or call and as needed. You can reach out anytime!  
  • It's totally awesome!
  • $400, that's only $11 per workout!







What you need

You need to have access to weights.  Most use an interchangeable style such as the Power Block Dumbbells or the Bowflex Select-tech 552 dumbbells.


*In phase 3 we utilize a pull up bar, most use a door frame style bar that hooks around the door frame. If you don't have one we can always modify!


You will need an internet connection and a device to be able to follow along with the workouts. A laptop, smart tv, or an Ipad work fine. 


I deliver the live workouts via the Rad Dad Fitness app.
